Sweet Pizza's and Pulled Pork Pies win awards for Green Isle
Green Isle Foods are delighted to announce that "Anuga Taste15" has selected two of our products - San Marco Sweet Pizza's and Green Isle Bakehouse Pulled Pork Pies - for the Best Product Innovations showcase at their upcoming 2015 show.
San Marco Sweet Pizza's are a leading innovation in the pizza sector created using a sweet thin pizza base which is covered with perennial dessert favourite toppings including Chocolate Brownie or Apple Crumble.
Green Isle's Bakehouse pulled pork are individual single serve pies filled with tender pieces of pulled pork in a rich barbecue sauce encased in delicious puff pastry from the new Green Isle Bakehouse range of sweet and savoury pastries, developed last April.
Both ranges are produced in Ireland with Sweet Pizza's produced in Longford and Green Isle Bakehouse Portumna, County Galway.
These award winning products will be showcased & sampled at Anuga which is the world's largest food show, attracting over 155,000 visitors with products from 187 countries.
These products have been independently selected by a specialist jury, primarily food journalists.

Green Isle Foods' San Marco Gluten Free pizza's have also recently been awarded two prestigious German Society awards (DLG) for its new Gluten Free Range: Gold for San Marco Gluten Free Margherita and Silver for San Marco Gluten Free Speciale.
