Expanding its award winning range of gluten & lactose free pizzas is the San Marco Vegetale pizza which was developed after extensive consumer research with gluten intolerant and gluten avoiders. This culminated in developing a range of gluten free pizzas that actually tastes like pizza should! The free from benefits have been a tremendous success not only attracting gluten free consumers, but bringing new consumers, who are looking for healthier alternatives into the category and the range’s expansion is a testament to the product quality & taste credentials the products delivers.

Green Isle has just launched a new vegetarian range convenient mini veggie pastry rolls. The new range is tapping into the vegetarian and flexitarian trends that are growing across Europe. Flavour profiles will include feta and spinach, feta and sun-dried tomato, and a meat free vegetarian sausage roll all wrapped in puff pastry.
