Major research program announced for Pastry

Galway Pie & Pastry Company is proud to be co-funded by the European Regional Development Fund and Enterprise Ireland under the Border, Midland and Western Regional Operational Programme 2014–2020, to develop a new Bake-in-Packaging capability for the company's product portfolio.

The objective is to expand the current product range targeting European customers.

The funding will also enhance the product and improve the manufacturing process, resulting in a better tasting product to be enjoyed by consumers across the globe.
